You will be well within your rights to do so in Mallorca as marijuana growing and use (in moderation) are both legal there.
Nevertheless, it is illegal to use marijuana in public, even if many individuals still do.

On your own property, you are allowed to grow marijuana (up to two plants maximum) and smoke it. You won’t be bothered by anyone about what you’re doing at home.
But it’s against the law to transport more than 15 grams of marijuana in public. You risk receiving a large fine if you are discovered to have more than that. However, if your weight is 15 grams or less, you’ll almost certainly receive a warning.

Getting Weed in Mallorca

You can purchase marijuana from dispensaries, cannabis clubs, or vendors on Mallorca’s streets and beaches. If you’re planning on staying in Ibiza for a while, you could even purchase seeds from a seed bank and grow your own supply of marijuana.
